McKinley Channel
A multi-phase project coordinated with the US Army Corps of Engineers, City of Alamogordo, NM, and other entities. Included the construction of a concrete lined channel; demolition and reconstruction of road bridges; and relocation of existing utilities.
Black Forest Culvert Replacement
This was a 500ft culvert replacement project requiring the removal of existing aged pipe. As well the protection of existing utilities and wetlands was crucial.

Airport Road over Spring Creek
Highly complex sanitary sewer renewal as a collaboration with City of Colorado Springs and Colorado Springs Utilities. Precision installation of large diameter 42” HOBAS pipe.
Design-Build and Value Engineering
Pate Construction recently completed a $3.2 million design-build road for a US defense agency. The project entailed construction of a 2,300 LF road on the side of a solid granite mountain with a 1-to-1 slope. Time was critical to meet testing deadlines. To expedite completion, the Pate Construction team re-engineered the road to ensure the project was delivered on-time and within budget.

Widefield Water & Sanitation District
Selected Pate Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the complex project of large diameter municipal water pipe renewal traversing 3 miles of residential and commercial area across high traffic thoroughfares and an active agricultural irrigation canal.
Fountian Creek Crossing- BOWW
Working with the Pueblo Board of Water Works, a 30 inch water transmission mainline was replaced across the Fountain Creek on Pueblo’s northside. This included the process of boring under the creek bed in order to connect the line on both sides of the body of water.
